Privacy policy

This policy explains what information momentumlb.org collects, why, and what you can do about it. The site is run by MomentumLB, a digital marketing agency based in Beirut, Lebanon.

What this site collects

• Analytics. We use Google Analytics 4 to understand how the site is used — pages visited, time on page, device and approximate location (country or city), and which buttons were clicked, including our WhatsApp buttons. Google Analytics sets cookies in your browser to do this.
• Nothing else, automatically. The site has no forms, no accounts and no logins.

What you choose to send us

When you contact us on WhatsApp, by email or on Instagram, we receive what you send — your name, number, and whatever you tell us about your business. We use it only to reply, prepare a proposal and do the work you ask for. Those messages are also processed by the platform you use (WhatsApp and Instagram are run by Meta; email by your provider), under their own privacy policies.

How long we keep it

Analytics data is kept for Google Analytics’ standard retention period. Conversations and project details are kept for as long as we work together and for a reasonable period afterwards for our records.

Sharing

We do not sell your information. We share it only with the services needed to run the site and the work (such as Google Analytics and our hosting provider), or where the law requires it.

Your choices

• You can block or delete cookies in your browser settings, or install Google’s Analytics opt-out add-on.
• You can ask us what we hold about you, to correct it, or to delete it.
